It’s a real interesting look at the banana from all points — economic, biological, historical, etc. Reading the book can give you banana-vision. I was at Comic-Con a few weeks ago, saw a Dole banana boat in port in San Diego, took a picture and tweeted the photo to Dan Koeppel and he wrote about it in his blog! Follow the link.
